Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Every single item in our store is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because we do not keep a physical warehouse of pre-printed inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Please review our detailed sizing charts on each product page carefully before finalizing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or features a clear printing error, we will gladly issue a 100% free replacement or refund.
How to claim a replacement:
  1. Email our support team at Marlis@Marlis.us within 14 days of receiving your package.
  2. Include your Order Number and a clear photo showing the issue (such as the printing error or damaged fabric).
  3. Once verified, we will instantly submit a replacement order to our print partners at absolutely no cost to you. You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because our production system is fully automated to ensure fast delivery times, orders are sent directly to our printing partners within a few hours of placement. If you need to cancel an order or change a shipping address, please contact us at Marlis@Marlis.us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item enters production, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the tracking status with our carrier and, if deemed lost, ship out a replacement free of charge.
